Edinburgh

OK, it is cold and rainy, what else should I expect. We are only here for a couple of nights because of the rugby match over the weekend. But we have a pleasant surprise and have a room to ourselves. But after a day we take a short bus trip to Glasgow for the weekend.


Edinburgh again
It is snowing again. TEXAS!!! I miss you! AND my dog, family and friends. =o)
We arrive late and have to make our way to a different hostel but a nicer hostel. We get to bed after deciding to take me to the doctor on Monday. Pleurisy and upper repertory infection. Seven days of antibiotics and I will be better, so I am told (and yes it was true). We take the day off because it is still snowing. I sleep and Mandi plays on the computer. Glad I brought it, thank you Tommy. There is also another girl in the hostel with a terrible cold, I think something must be going around.  So the next day we do the free tour and enjoy Edinburgh in the snow but it is not snowing it just does not melt. Honestly, I cannot tell you the names of the places we went to but we did go to a cemetery and saw the castle and learned about the kneeling stone (the stone kneeled on when being knighted or becoming a king/queen) and history behind it. Next we are going to Bristol to see Caroline!!!
